Venue Registration
The conference will take place at the Teagasc Food Research Centre, Ashtown, a leading national hub for food innovation, research, and scientific collaboration, located in the tranquil surroundings of Dublin 15. Nestled beside expansive green areas and just minutes from Phoenix Park, this location offers a calm and welcoming environment for conference participants while remaining easily accessible from Dublin Airport and the city centre.
The venue provides excellent facilities for scientific and professional events. The lecture theatre accommodates 118 participants, and the combined capacity of the three conference rooms is 250 attendees. These modern, well-equipped spaces ensure an optimal setting for presentations, discussions, and networking opportunities throughout the event. Photos of the facilities are attached for your reference. Further details on the number of poster stands will be communicated soon.
To ensure smooth participation and ease of access during the conference, we kindly encourage attendees to arrange accommodation in nearby areas such as Ashtown, Castleknock, Blanchardstown, or Dublin City Centre, all of which offer a variety of hotels and transport connections. Staying within short distance of Teagasc will help participants make the most of the programme and fully engage in all sessions and networking activities.
